**Nav & Co 30-Day Return Policy**

At Nav & Co, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Nav & Co product, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines:

1. **Eligibility:** - Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. - Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. - Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must accompany the return.

2. **Exclusions:** - Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please refer to the product description or contact customer service for clarification. - Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. **Return Process:** - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team sales@navbagco.com within the 30-day period. They will provide you with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if applicable. - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. - Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. - Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. **Refunds:** - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. - Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. - Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Policy

We're working hard like you!

Orders will be fulfilled within 3 (three) days. Collection from depot is business days only. Please take this into account when ordering.

Current estimates are 8-13 business days (usually less) from our HQ in Perth to the East Coast.
