They will provide you with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if applicable. - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. - Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. - Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. **Refunds:** - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. - Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. - Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
