How strong is the bag? Is it tested?

Every production run is independently inspected before shipping. The most recent V-Trust pre-shipment inspection (Aug 2024) shows these checks were passed:

  • Dynamic handle strength test — Passed
  • Static strength test — Passed
  • Seaming strength — Passed
  • Water-repellency spray test — Passed
  • Zipper function — Passed
  • Carton drop test — Passed

Important: While our aviation bags are rigorously tested for normal use, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by overloading or forcing excessive weight into the bag beyond its intended capacity.

Materials & care

Heavy-duty nylon with a durable water-repellent finish. Wipe clean with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing and harsh solvents. Re-proof the DWR after prolonged or heavy use if needed.

Does it fit a laptop?

V2.0: Yes, the V2.0 does fit a laptop. It has a padded laptop sleeve for secure storage.

LITE: No, the LITE model does not fit a laptop. It's designed for smaller aviation accessories only.

Does it fit an aviation headset?

V2.0: Yes, the V2.0 has a dedicated headset space. See the product photos for internal layout.

Where are the bags inspected?

By V-Trust inspectors at the factory before shipment to us, including functional checks and packaging tests.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within Australia.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available for $9.95 for next-day delivery in major cities.

What are your shipping costs?

Free shipping on orders over AUD$100. Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders under AUD$100.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. The item must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at admin@navbagco.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and process your refund once we receive the item in acceptable condition.

What items cannot be returned?

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted. Sale items and personalized products are final sale unless faulty.
